Comments: We are doing a gut renovation and adding a 4th bedroom to an apartment in Manhattan. Sid was hired as our architect and was instrumental in getting through the approval process at the Board and City level. He was timely in his response, detailed in his drawings and provided innovative solutions when problems arose. He was also extremely fair in price and looked out for our best interest at heart. He handles himself professionally and is able to deal with the contractors, building architect, designers on our behalf. I recommend Sid without hesitation and this was a large fairly complex project.
